The White County Airport serves Monticello, Indiana and the surrounding communities of White County. Celebrating over fifty years, the White County Airport provides a wider variety of services than many airports its size. The airport is managed by Mr. John Townsend, owner of Townsend Aviation Inc.. The White County Airport and Townsend Aviation Inc. provides the lowest aviation fuel prices in the surrounding regional area. The airport sells Air BP Fuel. Prices for 100LL Avgas and Jet A fuels are guaranteed and listed here. The New Terminal is Finished!

The White County Airport has just moved into a new terminal. We would be glad to have anyone come and check it out. We are open 8am-5pm 7 days a week. Hope to see you soon!

Honoring our Veterans both Past and Present

On May 30th and 31st we are having an open house to celebrate the opening of our new terminal. Being so close to memorial day we are making an event out of it to support our veterans at the same time!

We plan to have fly-ins, American Huey 369 helictopter, jet fly-overs, car/bike show, airplane rides, food and possibly more.

Come out and join us to support the aviation community and our noble veterans! It will be very fun and memorable.

We will be at the airport from 8am-4pm both days (5/30-31/2009)

In addition is another special treat. Dave Vanliere out of Wabash, IN will be bringing his very unique spanish fighter jet. It is a casa jet (Seata model C). It is possibly the only one in the world of its kind that is flyable. He plans to give a fly-over at the event and will be there with his plane to talk about it. Dave is a great guy and would love to tell you more about himself and the history of his bird!
